It will be almost three years since we moved in our apartment so I decided that before creating area for my upcomming baby, I should rearange Amelie’s part of the room. It is not that the current setting of the room was missing something or that Amelie was tired of it, honestly, I wanted something new. I think that is pretty obvious, I have passion toward rearanging my apartment, constantly buying candle holders and vases, or changing chandeliers, so same thing applies to my kids room.
First thing I did there, I draw a few clouds, after that I draw a mountain across the wall and now it is time for wallpapers. I’ve been looking thoroughly, to find something appealing and suitable, and in the end I decide to go with the wall decals. Wall decals that I chose are the one with my favorite flower- peony, and each flower and leaf are applied to wall individualy. It is so simple to set them up, you can even easily peel them off and put them somewhere else if you eventually change your mind.
That is what makes them unique , because everyone can make their own personal arrangement of flowers and leafs. It took approximately 90 minutes for my husband and I to set them up, and when we were finished, we were amazed and just for a couple of minutes gazed at the beauty of flower decals. It was a total makeover of the kids room that gave the room warmer, softer and that girly touch. I think that with those peony wall decals and the baldachin (that also recently hanged) every little girl would felt like in a fairy tale. Now Amelie has a new thing, she pretends that she is a little bee, and randomly flies around her peonies to some honey.
So check out our photos, and judge for yourself, I believe you will be as enthusiastic as me and my girls! And the wall decals that have made Amelie’s room so beautiful now, can be found on the Rocky Mountain Decals website.
